This is the original UK release in outside textured gatefold cover, on Decca/Gama labels without 'ffss' silver bar.

Main identifiers:
• Heavy textured "faux-leather" gatefold cover which is more textured than subsequent releases.
• Inside gatefold appears brown tinted.
• Label side A has this note in parentheses under the tracklist: '(Run-off approximately 3.00)'
• Stamped runouts 'XZAL-14394.P-1' & 'XZAL-14395.P-1', with etched 'BLAIR' signature on side A.
